Proof before theatre — the Morpheus case-study standard
If a piece of work cannot answer "what became reusable?", it is a demo, not a case study.
Enterprise AI has a demo problem: the impressive part is staged, and the durable part is unexamined.
We hold ourselves to one question. After the workflow ran and produced its artifact, what became reusable? If the honest answer is “nothing — we would start from scratch next time”, then something useful may have happened, but it was not an operating-memory result and we will not present it as one.
That is also why every proof item on this site carries a status label: named case study, anonymized proof note, private preview, customer zero, concept, or market research. Readers should not have to guess which one they are looking at.
