A playbook is a run with a shape: gather, prepare, then stop at a gate a named human must pass. It produces two things every time — the artifact you needed, and the memory the next run starts from.
Evidence rooms
Every recommendation carries the sources it was built from — and says plainly which evidence is missing. Reviewing becomes checking rather than trusting.
The autonomy dial
Autonomy is earned, per workflow. Prepare and recommend are active from day one; acting in scope comes later, bounded and logged, when the evidence supports it.
