You pay once to map and build the workflow, then one monthly fee per Morpheus instance. Model provider access is your own, unless we agree to supply it. The public website explains the shape. Figures are quoted privately against a defined scope.
Monthly instance
The instance is the operating and billing boundary: data, workflow state, operating memory, security posture and audit trail.
Additional responsibility
Add workflows, vertical packages, further instances or mature workload bands after the first workflow proves itself.
Why not per seat
Operating memory improves when more of your people contribute.
Per-user pricing encourages rationing and shared logins. The people doing the work are the supply chain for what Morpheus knows, not a cost to price out.
Employee-safe positioning
Morpheus is priced around capacity added, operating responsibility carried, faster preparation, stronger evidence and retained organisational judgment — not headcount reduction or “percentage of work without a human.”

What is an instance?
The customer-specific operating and billing boundary containing data, workflow state, operating memory, security posture and audit trail.
Who pays for the AI model usage?
You do, in the ordinary case. You bring your own model provider account or API key, contract with that provider directly and pay it directly. Its charges stay visible to you rather than being marked up through us, and you keep the commercial relationship with the provider you chose.
Where we agree in writing to supply that access instead, the cost is recovered as part of the service. How much is recovered depends on the plan, and the basis is set out in your order form before you sign it.
Is there per-click or per-API-call metering?
No routine per-action or per-API-call model is used in the public offer. Mature deployments may use coarse workload bands tied to completed business workflows under agreed terms.
That describes what Morpheus charges. Where you supply your own model provider account, that provider bills you directly on its own terms.
