AI Use and Acceptable Use Policy

Direct answer

MorpheusOS prepares, coordinates and assists business work. It does not remove the need for human judgement, review, approval and accountability.

Purpose

This policy explains how MorpheusOS may be used responsibly and what uses are restricted or prohibited.

The core rule

MorpheusOS is designed to prepare, coordinate and assist business work. It does not remove the need for human judgement, review, approval and accountability.

Prohibited uses

You must not use MorpheusOS to:

  • mislead people about AI-generated content where disclosure is required;
  • make deceptive claims about products, services, performance or legal rights;
  • generate or distribute unlawful spam, harassment, discrimination, malware or fraud;
  • impersonate people without authorisation;
  • process personal information without a lawful basis;
  • infer sensitive traits where unlawful or inappropriate;
  • bypass platform rules, security controls or access permissions;
  • provide regulated professional advice without qualified review; or
  • make consequential decisions without required safeguards.

High-risk uses

High-risk uses require written approval and specific safeguards. These include workflows involving employment decisions, worker management, lending, insurance, housing, education, healthcare, public benefits, criminal justice, legal rights, essential services or safety-critical operations.

Where approved, safeguards may include impact assessments, human review, notice, audit trails, appeal processes, data correction processes, monitoring and documented risk management.

Disclosing that AI is in use

If a person is interacting with an AI system in a context where they would reasonably expect a human, you should disclose that AI is being used unless the context makes it obvious or the law does not require disclosure.

Execution authority

Workflow execution authority is configurable. Some playbooks may be limited to test mode or draft-only mode unless an authorised user grants sending authority.

MorpheusOS should not be treated as authorised to send communications, publish content, spend money or bind an organisation unless that authority is expressly configured and permitted under the customer’s agreement.

Reporting a problem

Report unsafe, inaccurate, discriminatory, privacy-invasive or unlawful outputs to contact@morpheusos.ai.
