Regions, Retention and Offboarding
Instances are provisioned in supported regions, Australia and the United States currently among them. Offboarding returns your Customer Data; it does not transfer the MorpheusOS application or execution layer.

Regions
MorpheusOS is designed around regional deployment cells. Customer instances are provisioned in supported regions based on customer requirements and service availability.
Australia and the United States are currently available. Additional regions may be available by agreement or as MorpheusOS provisions further regional cells. Region availability should be confirmed in the applicable order form.
Retention
Customer Data is retained for the period needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, maintain security, resolve disputes and support offboarding.
Offboarding
On offboarding, customers may request export of Customer Data. MorpheusOS may retain limited records where required for security, audit, billing, dispute resolution, compliance or backup integrity.
The application and execution layer
Customer offboarding does not transfer MorpheusOS software, source code, workflow engine, orchestration logic, prompts, connectors, templates, execution layer, reusable system patterns or platform capabilities unless expressly agreed in a signed agreement.
